Chocolate bananas

  • 8 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Small or large, ripe bananas
  • 32 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Wafer-thin chocolate flakes
  • 20 ml Baileys
  1. Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 5 minutes at the medium level, keep the lid closed.

  2. Cut the banana lengthwise inside the peel and gently press it apart. Drizzle with Baileys and fill with 4 to 8 chocolate flakes per banana.

  3. Put the bananas in the universal rack.

  1. Place the bananas in the universal rack into the preheated grill and indirectly grill at 200 °C for approximately 12-15 minutes.

  2. Grilling

  • If you don’t have a universal rack, two large or four small bananas can be put on a skewer.
