Tarte flambée with peach and Feta

  • 4 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Thin pizza dough
  • 300 g Sour cream
  • 150 g Feta
  • 5 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Peach, cored and cut into slices
  • 1 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Pomegranate seeds
  • Chives, finely sliced
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  1. Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 10 minutes at the highest level, keep the lid closed.

  2. Season the sour cream with salt and pepper.

  3. Roll out the pizza dough and lay it onto the baking paper.

  4. Spread the sour cream onto the rolled out dough and cover it with peach and Feta.

  1. Place the tarte flambée with the baking paper onto the preheated pizza stone and bake it on the highest level for 8 to 12 minutes.

  2. Bake the tarte flambée on a baking tray in a preheated grill on the highest level for 8 to 12 minutes.

  3. Remove the tarte flambée from the grill and garnish with pomegranate seeds and chives.

  4. Baking

  • If the dough has small bubbles in it, remove the baking paper.

  • If you don’t want to make the dough yourself, we recommend using a ready-made dough.
