- 3 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame paste (tahini)
- 2 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Cloves of garlic, crushed
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Vorbereiten
Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 5 minutes at the medium level, keep the lid closed.
Cut the sweet potatoes into 2 cm thick slices. Mix the oil with salt, pepper and garlic and lay the sweet potatoes in this mixture.
Mash the avocado with a fork. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and sesame paste and stir together until creamy.
