Süsskartoffel-Chips mit Avocado-Dip

  • 2 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Sweet potatoes
  • 1 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Avocado
  • 3 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame paste (tahini)
  • 2 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Cloves of garlic, crushed
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  1. Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 5 minutes at the medium level, keep the lid closed.

  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into 2 cm thick slices. Mix the oil with salt, pepper and garlic and lay the sweet potatoes in this mixture.

  3. Mash the avocado with a fork. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and sesame paste and stir together until creamy.

  1. Drain any excess liquid off the sweet potatoes and grill on both sides on the preheated grill plate for approximately 8 minutes.

  2. Serve everything on a preheated plate and serve with the avocado dip.
