  • 2 Piece(s) / Portion(s) T-bone steaks (approximately 700 g)
  • 12 g Black peppercorns, crushed
  • Some sea salt
Preparation
  1. Take the meat out of the fridge 2 hours before grilling so that it reaches room temperature.

Cooking
  1. Sear the T-bone steaks on the preheated grill plate at the highest level for 3 to 4 minutes.

  2. Reduce the heat, turn the meat and continue to grill until the steaks have reached a core temperature of 51 °C. Allow to rest for approximately 5 minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper.
