The funnel system in the volcano position: If you turn the funnel upside down, it becomes a volcano purely by virtue of its shape - the heat is diverted directly to a smaller surface where it heats up to 500 degrees - perfect for the barbecue wok, the cast iron plate or the plancha. 

Barbecuing without harmful grease fire and easy cleaning guaranteed: In addition, the funnel system offers protection against grease fires and unwanted smoke development, as the burners are completely protected from dripping grease.
